Job brief:

As an SEO and Website Assistant Trainee, you will work alongside the SEO and website development teams to learn and assist in website optimization and SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords for targeting.
  • Assist in on-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, header tags, and page content.
  • Assist in off-page optimization, including building backlinks and managing social media profiles.
  • Work with the website development team to learn and ensure that the website is optimized for search engines.
  • Assist in conducting website audits and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to learn and create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Complete assigned training and tasks related to SEO and website optimization.
  • Provide support to the SEO and website development teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • No coding expertise required
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interest in SEO and website Development.
  • Can write content using AI tools
  • Excellent written skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
