Introduction
With a unique and innovative idea, the Ask Roz team reached us to create their social existence with a better platform. They wanted a platform that provides free service to both the promoters and the users.
Why? The reason behind creating such a digital platform is to bring together different personnel and customers to share and search the events happening around them.
How? By creating a platform where users can post images of events happening around them so that interested people can search and share their reviews on them. Also, an “eMag” service where the user can create a magazine by adding images.
What? There was no such existing platform on digital media with an approach to help event-based individuals and organizations. They wanted us to create a website with multiple pages that are both creative and informative. They asked us to create a website where people can share images and create their own magazines. Also, a browsing option where users can search what they are looking for.
The basic requirement from the Ask Roz was to create a cumulative platform that has options like search, promote the event, creating images, and others. Also, they wanted a login/sign up option to keep the content safe and private. Along with this, the other requirement was to create a shop local and special offers pages where users can shop and earn more rewards.
The first solution to the requirements was creating a contact us page where the users can contact the organization. We also enabled a feedback option where the user can also share their experience with the team.
After this, our development team created pages like overview, getting started, about us, and features. The main aim behind this was to make the Ask Roz platform more informative and easy to use for the customers.

Another requirement was fulfilled with ease and that was to create a shop local platform where people from the Blue Mountains can shop locally. Also, we created an eMag option where the users can make their own magazine by adding images.
As a result, Ask Roz was able to get them recognized at the digital level. They are now amongst the most popular digital platform in Australia and worldwide. They have won several awards with their excellent service that has no commercial ads to waste user’s time. The most recent awards won by the Ask Roz was the GOLD in NSW regional tourism award.
