Introduction
With the idea of getting employers and employees on the same platform, the Recruitifyme team approached us. To make a platform based on their requirements and specifications, we developed a platform that is productive and useful for both employer and employee. This online platform facilitatesyou to search for jobs based on your skills and knowledge. In today's world, there are a lot of big companies where an individual cannot reach on his own. Portals like Recruitifyme bridge the gap between companies and deserving candidates.
Why?: The innovators of the organization wanted to solve a major issue of unemployment across the globe. Many deserving talents go unidentified due to less outreach. To solve the issue they wanted an online platform where a person can search for a suitable job based on his knowledge and skills without any geographic limitations.
What?: Finally getting a platform where employers can post jobs and employees can apply for the same. They wanted a clear and easy process where both are benefitted. They wanted a process that is easy to browse and help unemployed individuals to reach out to their desired companies.
The major challenge was to make the website popular amongst job seekers. Now on websites like this, there are a lot of competitions available that directly result in the users of the website. To make it more popular our first requirement was to create it simply through engaging UI and UX. Other than this we focused to make this website more intuitive with the “How it Works” page.
To make it popular and worth using we came up with a fine solution that actually helped the organization.
Initially, our developing team started with creating a “how it works page”. This page included informative content for both employees and employers in different sections. This helped the users to understand the working process of the website.
Then we created the signup page to help the users to search and find their required specification. Like an employee can search for various jobs related to his/her field and the same appliesto the employer.

After this, we created separate buttons with employee and employer posts. Here employees can see jobs and employers can post new jobs.
So we narrated a story where we helped the Recuritfymeteam to begin their digital journey. We created a platform according to their specifications that helped them to get a separate identity on the digital platform.
